The 55-hour closure to the NB SR 99 connector to WB US 50, turned to a 17-hour work. Crews working diligently were able to complete the concrete work on the connector and open for traffic at 3:15 p.m. today, Saturday, June 6.

Current scene on NB I-5 near Sutterville Road in City of Sacramento, Government for ongoing diesel spill cleanup. ETO is around noon.

For the of the traveling public, on May 28, Caltrans and partnering agencies, with support from local law enforcement, removed an encampment on I-5, in Willows, southbound of the railroad tracks. Crews removed approximately 15 cubic yards of debris and trash.
