Building support starts with understanding. Who wouldn't want to learn some valuable skills and help the ones you love?

Registration for our Family-to-Family Class has begun! 📢

This free, 8-session educational course is designed for , significant others, and friends of people living with mental health conditions.

Each class is taught by NAMI-trained family members who have been there themselves, offering insight drawn from their own lived experience. By attending the course, you become part of a supportive lifelong that lasts far past the class, because at NAMI, you're never alone.

If you know anyone who needs help with a noncriminal legal situation, please let them know about Legal Aid of Southeast and Central Ohio - LASCO

They offer free help for people with low income, veterans and seniors to cover a wide variety of situations for a huge part of Ohio. We have heard so many great things over the years from the people they have helped. 🥰

Our staff had a great time helping move over 5,000 pounds of food with the West Ohio Food Bank last week! 💪🏋️
They got hands on everything from rice and oatmeal to fresh fruits, veggies and gallons of juice. We are so thankful for everyone who made this possible and so proud of all of the volunteers. 🥰
