The guys were able to blow off some steam today while having lots of fun and fellowship at Collins Lake. Lincoln Young cooked up some great food and took the guys out tubing on the lake.

I preferred to just sit and stare peacefully at God's creation. We finished with a word, ice cream and some great conversation.

So, this happened! American Dream TV came to film a segment on our little mission.

American Dream TV is focused on real estate investments all over the United States and they have recently decided to film a special "Faith Segment" and they chose us.

I was told that this has the potential for nationwide coverage on channels such as Discovery and the Travel Channel. I have no idea what God is doing. This was totally organic and came to us.

Thank you Justin Savage for the name drop. We will keep everyone posted as to the date and time this will air. God is so amazing amen?

Today the guys headed over the bridge to our wonderful neighbors in Sutter County.

When our friend Supervisor Jeff Stephens asked if we would like to help in a beautification project for the county---of course we said yes.

The guys moved approximately 10 yards of rock today and spread it all out. The project isn't done yet but it is sure looking good.

Good morning! To all of those volunteering for the celebration of life today for Riley Belza there is parking available at the training center located at 938 14th street and at the Twin Cities Rescue Mission along the driveway fence at 940 14th street. We want to maximize parking in the other lots around the FIVE30 Ecent Center as much as possible. Thank you!

I'm not sure people realize what the men at the mission deal with daily. They were picking up around the Training Zone gym and laundromat before the special run this week and came across some of the most vile, maggot infested rubbish that I had ever seen. When we were throwing the bags in the truck one of my men was vomiting.

I know some people who volunteer for great folks like SAYlove understand what we see on the daily. When you walk anywhere in the Save Mart Shopping center be thankful that you do not see what we see...

These 4 guys finished a 7-month discipleship program in the training center. Their teacher is Vaughn Minnix (middle in blue), and he holds a BA in Divinity and has been involved in ministry over the years.

When the class started there was around 12-15 men and it ended with 4 graduates. Praise God for their willingness to stick it out and persevere. Its a marathon and not a sprint amen?

Thank you Vaughn for your faithfulness dedication to the men here at TCRM. May the Lord richly bless you for sacrificing your time every week to disciple them.
