Rising Leaders is a new Leadership Blount Program.

Designed for early career professionals, Rising Leaders strengthens our community by providing meaningful opportunities for skill development and growth.

We must invest in our younger workforce by connecting them to each other and our community’s leaders. By teaching them the tools to help them thrive in and out of work. By introducing them to established programs and organizations that can increase their civic engagement.

The inaugural Rising Leaders cohort will be announced soon. Keep your eyes and ears open!
