NOTICE: Meetinghouse Road Closure/Detour

Meetinghouse Road from the Asher's Path to Great Neck Road North will be closed in both directions to thru traffic beginning Friday, August 7th until approximately late October/early November. The closure will be in effect Monday - Friday from 7 am - 5 pm for wastewater work. Please seek alternate routes.

PICKLEBALL EQUIPMENT RESOURCES

To help provide a great playing experience while being mindful of our surrounding neighborhoods, the Mashpee Recreation Department has expanded the list of approved low-noise pickleballs for use on the Town's outdoor pickleball courts at 162 Ashumet Road.

PICKLEBALL BALL REQUIREMENT - DATE EXTENDED

The Town of Mashpee is extending the date for implementation of a noise suppressing ball to Thursday, August 13, 2026. The specifications and requirements announced July 20, 2026 shall be in full force and effect on August 13th. The purpose of this extension is to enable players to obtain balls that satisfy this requirement. The Mashpee Recreation Department is also researching the availability of the balls that meet this requirement. Violations of these established rules and regulations may result in privileges being suspended or revoked.
