PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT!!!

There have been a lot of questions regarding the removal of vehicles that were recovered during the Tornado clean-up. The Sheriff's Office had these vehicles secured by K3 Towning in Childress Texas. When these vehicles are secured by a towing company, they have to enter these vehicles into a database system that automatically generates a certified letter to the owner. Sheriff Fisk has been assured by the management of K3 Towning that there will be no charge for the towing, storage, or removal of these vehicles to the owners. K3 has also informed Sheriff Fisk that if you are wanting your vehicle brought back to your property for any reason, They will transport your vehicle at no charge to the owner as well. If you have any issues with the towing company, Please contact the Sheriff's Office so we may be able to assist with these issues.
