Atrium Post Acute Care of Matawan is a proud and active member of the Matawan-Aberdeen Chamber of Commerce.

In preparation for the Chamber’s 50th anniversary celebration and community benefit for Right Your Life and the K.E.Y.S. Academy Recovery High School Partnership, we sponsored and volunteered on the event-planning committee as well.

To top it all off that evening, we were honored to receive the Distinguished Business of the Year Award for our active participation, support, and service to the community over the past year. Thank you to the community and our amazing team across the board!

A very special birthday was celebrated at Atrium Post Acute Care of Matawan recently. Sylvia Gore, who has been a resident of Atrium for several years, turned 100 years young.

Her family, including her son Elliot (who travelled up from Florida), joined the party that was also attended by Matawan Mayor Joe Altomonte, Councilwoman Josi Salvatore, and Councilman David Bergaretti.

The celebration started with Mayor Altomonte reading a special proclamation written to honor Sylvia's special milestone which was of course followed by singing Happy Birthday, eating cake and dancing.

A special thank you to the Mayor and members of the Council for taking the time to celebrate with us. We are proud of all of the milestones reached by our residents, but especially honored to be a part of Sylvia's special day.

Our residents and patients had a fun-filled afternoon yesterday at our Luck of the Irish feast! Traditional Irish dishes were served, including; Irish Soda Bread, Potatoes and Corned Beef and St. Patrick's Day themed games were played after the meal!

Last week, Atrium Post Acute Care of Matawan hosted a “Luck O’ the Atrium” Professional Networking Event at Maloney’s Pub in Matawan. Our guests were treated to a “lucky gift bag” raffle, great food, and the opportunity to network - developing new professional relationships and strengthening those they already have. Thank you to Maloney’s Pub for accommodating us for this event and thank you to everyone who attended!
