SCBC - Sacramento Community Based Coalition SCBC is an Adult Re-Entry program designed to assist men and women re-entering the community from prison and jail.

Services are available to clients and their families during the often overwhelming transition from custody to community. SCOE regularly monitors its social media platforms. In partnership with the Sacramento Literacy Foundation’s mission to help all children in our community read at grade-level, join us at the Literacy Festival in Oak Park where we will provide free books for kids of all ages, hold author readings, and provide helpful information for parents from local literacy organizations. Join us on September 28 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Oak Park Farmers Market to help support our mission in Sacramento. Read along with us and bring the whole family to enjoy reading, live music, snacks, and food vouchers!
