Come out and bring the whole family for an experience that will leave you energized! While engaging in Family Fitness Activities, kids and parents will find the ease of exercise, and how much fun it can be for the whole family. Some of the activities will include soccer balls, footballs, a parachute, a tug of war, jump ropes, potato sacks, hula hoops, and much more!
