The City Council will have a Regular Meeting, Monday, June 8, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the City Hall Annex, located at 401 E. San Patricio Ave. The public is invited to attend in person or join the regular meeting via Facebook for audio stream access.

Lake levels are up once again! As of 7:30 AM on Thursday, May 28th -

Lake Corpus Christi is up 5% from this time last week.
Choke Canyon is up 0.2% from this time last week.

Combined lake levels are at 10.2%. That's up from 8.6% last week.

City Of Mathis Community, Lets get ready to kick off our annual Mathis Freedom Fest with our Night Parade. We are taking registration forms at city hall, or you can e-mail me to [email protected] for a registration form. Come show out for the most patriotic float. You can have bragging right for the entire year. And who doesn't like bragging rights. Kids of our community, Lets show the adults that the KIDS can have the most patriotic float in Mathis.
