Another issue in our county that I will put effort into fixing! Our taxed value of our property keeps going up but they are fake numbers that someone comes uo with out of their head because a neighbor builds a bigger house! My personal property taxes are almost double what they were 10 yrs ago but the value if I was to sell is about half what it would have been if I would have sold then!

I would like to eliminate property taxes for those 65 and older, they have paid their fair share! We can also cut property taxes for ag producers and make big twch and their data centers make up the difference! I feel like now is a perfect time to reset! We are getting a new auditor, new assessor, a new commissioner and several other offices will be filled with new personnel. It's a perfect time to do the right thing for the people of Grant Co.!

Vote wisely folks, our future depends on it!

If you want a Commisioner that is not brainwashed by big tech then Vote Weeks for Commisioner! We need to put the brakes on and make smart decisions on this topic before it's too late! Ag feeds the world not big tech! I am not "anti" data centers but I am certainly against maxing out our power grid, polluting and wasting water(our most valuable resource) and building these on fertile farm land! Are they a necessary evil, yes probably! Can we live without them? Yes most definitely! Are they beneficial? Probably for some things? Is there a sinister agenda? Certainly, big brother and Uncle Sam are watching us closely!

We need to make wise decisions, future generations depend on it!!

Property taxes are through the roof! There are people paying more for property taxes than they pay or were paying for their land/house payment! Farmers are struggling right now and property taxes are part of the problem! There's got to be a way to lessen the tax burden for those that are putting food on our table and employing a mass amount of Grant Co residents! Something has got to give! We need a Commisioner that works for the people and will fight the rising costs!

SAVAGE SETH WEEKS FOR COMMISIONER

We need a break! We need some serious help financially! As the price of gas, groceries and other essential items will not go down, we can't afford for our taxes to keep going up and us not getting anything from it! We need the out of control spending of our govt to stop! Our county voted to build a $155M dollar jail that we can't even staff, a $14.5M coroners office when there were other options available, we have over 700 county employees and how many are essential?? I don't want to pick on any one dept but we all know across the nation they are finding waste fraud and abuse in all levels of government so I want to make sure we are being good stewards of county resources and tax dollars all while supporting the hard working employees of the county!

We need to elect a Commisioner that has a back bone and the cajones to say "No, enough is enough!"

Ballots are coming out this week, get them filled out and check the box that represents accountability, fiscal responsibility, and protection of private property! We the tax payers need to take the power back!

I will fight for you every chance I get, because our children and grand children's lives depend on it!
