As our Children's and Teen Summer Reading Club has ended. We couldn’t have made the summer quite so special without the incredible generosity of our local community partners ❤️

🎁 A special THANK YOU to The Friends of Middle Country Public Library for supporting our weekly raffle prizes for both children and teens!

Thank you to Texas Roadhouse, Chick-fil-A, Michael Pam’s Black Belt Champions, and Free to Fly for helping make sure every child and teen who registered and completed the Summer Reading Club had something special to look forward too for reading! 🎉🎁

We’re also incredibly grateful to all of the local businesses in our community who donated prizes and helped make our weekly raffles and incentives possible. Your support made reading even MORE rewarding for our young readers! 💙

Our 2026 Summer Reading Club: UNEARTH YOUR STORY has officially wrapped—and WOW, what a summer!

🌞⛏️📖 Together, our incredible children and teens: 🎉 940+ registered for Summer Reading Club 🏆 540+ completed their club ⏱️ Read over 10,000 hours!

🤯📚 That’s 10,000 hours of stories, adventures, discoveries, and imagination—and we’re calling that a HUGE summer win!

🙌 ✨ No summer slide here! ✨ Our MCPL kids and teens spent the summer turning pages, exploring new worlds, discovering new stories, and keeping their brains busy all summer long.
