This Mental Health Awareness month, the Mental Health Community Action Team is launching the You Matter campaign. When people feel they matter, they are more engaged with the community and connected to those around them. We invite you to join our 31 Day You Matter Challenge, which includes simple, meaningful actions to build connections and support overall mental health of the community. Follow along for the month of May, completing as many daily prompts as you can and leaving a comment in the comment section when done. At the end of the challenge, those who participated will be entered into a drawing for locally donated prizes. Each day participating = one entry.
The message we all need to hear is simple: You Matter.
If you or someone you know needs support, call or text 988.

Drug Take Back Day is ONE WEEK AWAY! Mark your calendar and remind all of your family and friends to participate with you! Start going through your house now to prepare your sealed bag of unwanted medications ahead of time.
Remember that unused and expired medications cause safety concerns in households, and now is the time to remove that risk from your family, friends, and community.
