Graves co, coroner phillip mcclain I am 1 Of 35 coroners to ever receive the Maser coroner in Ky, I was elected Coroner in 1993, and I received a Master Coroner degree in 2002.

I have had classes in homicide investigations, child deaths, elderly abuse, motor-vehicle collisions, mass disasters, homeland security, fire death investigations, terrorist bombings, integrating scene investigation with autopsy findings, post-mortem exam, mass fatality planning, courtroom demeanor, coroner case interviews, and interpreting blood pattern injuries. I am the lead investigator in all death scenes, and I am a sworn law officer with power and authority to arrest.
