Mays Landing section of the Township of Hamilton, Atlantic County, New Jersey. Station 18-1

We are 1 of 4 Fire Companies that provide fire protection to the residents of the Townshipf of Hamilton in Atlantic County, New Jersey as well as providing mutual aid to the surrounding areas. We are one of the oldest Fire Companies in the area with origins back to 1894 and are still comprised of 100% Volunteers who meet or exceed the same training standards as those in paid Fire Companies.

This afternoon, members of the Truck Committee took a road trip to visit the new Tanker 18-19 at the Sutphen East Corporation. The truck will hopefully be delivered to Station 18-1 later this week.

Tonight Captain/Secretary Sean McDevitt was awarded the firefighter of the year for 2025. This award was presented by Chief Lou DiMartine and Assistant Chief Kenny Badger Jr. Thank you Sean for everything you continue to do for the department!

The members of the Mays Landing Fire Department would like to wish everyone a happy and healthy new year. During 2025 MLFD was activated for 600 calls for service. We will continue to provide the same great service in 2026. Thank you everyone for your continued support!
