Mayville Fire and Rescue will be out on the interstate today to honor North Dakota Airman and WWII Prisoner of War, Staff Sergeant Irvin C. Ellingson who will be coming up the interstate to be interred June 20, in Middle Forest River Cemetery in Dahlen. Procession will pass by Mayville Exit between 230 and 3 pm today. If you wish to pay your respect please do not stand on top of overpasses that exit to the interstate. Use the dead head overpasses.
