That’s a wrap! Congratulations to Haven Rupsch for completing West40’s inaugural Education Communications and Public Relations Fellowship! Over the past month, Haven jumped into everything from marketing and writing to videography and graphic design, learning alongside the West 40 ISC #2 and OPRF communications teams and putting her own skills and creativity to work. We can’t wait to see how this promising young professional shapes her career in the future!

On Thursday, West 40 ISC #2 hosted the HLS Kick-off with more than 50 Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, CSBSs, and Facility Directors in attendance. Participants received the HLS (Health/Life Safety) Checklist and Glossary, including updates and newly added inspection items. The session also included a presentation on the Building and Occupancy Permit Process and an overview of how STAT Teams can support districts. West40 also recognized 16 schools that had no violations last year. That is more than we have ever had. Congrats to those schools!
