The Oklahoma Rural Health Transformation Program has released a public grant application through a Notice of Funding Opportunity for the Rural Regional Reorientation (RRR) Program.

Applications are due by 11:59 p.m. CT on June 12, 2026.

RRR will provide grants of up to $4 million to eligible clinical and social service providers, either individually or in partnership with one or more entities.

The Chronic Disease Management Program is intended to fund providers, community-based organizations, and other organizations to implement and/or expand proven models for chronic disease management across rural regions of Oklahoma.

Last call to apply for our Speech Language Pathologist position for our SoonerStart Early Intervention program near you!

SoonerStart is Oklahoma’s early intervention program designed to meet the needs of families with infants and toddlers (ages birth to 3 years old) with developmental delays and/or disabilities in accordance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). The program builds upon and provides supports and resources to assist family members to enhance infants or toddler’s learning and development through everyday learning opportunities.

With temperatures rising this summer, it’s important to know the risks of heat-related illness and tips to staying cool. If you must go outside, dress properly and take breaks often.

Heat stroke is a medical emergency. If someone is experiencing symptoms, call 911 right away, move them to a cooler place and help lower their body temperature with cool cloths or a cool bath. Do not give them anything to drink.
