🎨 OWE in the Community! 🧡💚

Our OWE Board Members had such a wonderful evening volunteering at the Food Bank RGV’s Empty Bowls Paint Party, helping paint bowls for their annual Empty Bowls fundraiser.

It was a fun night of creativity, connection, and, most importantly, giving back to an organization doing meaningful work for families across the Rio Grande Valley.

At OWE, we believe leadership should embody showing up, serving, and supporting the community we call home. 💗

Thank you to the Food Bank RGV and the Museum of South Texas History for bringing our community together for such a great cause!

This August, we’re celebrating the incredible legacy of the women who have served as Chair of the Organization of Women Executives.

Join us as we recognize our Past Chairs and officially swear in the 2026–2027 OWE Board of Directors during our August Luncheon.

We would also love to invite any past Chair who is interested to share a brief word of wisdom or encouragement with our incoming board. Your leadership has helped shape OWE into what it is today, and we’d be honored to celebrate your impact.

This month, OWE hosted what is quickly becoming one of our favorite traditions—our annual Fashion Show Luncheon! It was an incredible afternoon filled with style, connection, and community.

Our amazing members took to the runway showcasing beautiful looks from Macy's and Mango, reminding us that confidence is the best thing you can wear. We were also thrilled to welcome a wonderful group of local vendors who shared their products and services with our members, making the event an even more engaging experience.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended, modeled, shopped, volunteered, and helped make this luncheon such a success. Your support is what makes OWE such a special community.
