Free Entry, Popcorn, and refreshments followed by a chat with local paramedics and firefighters for their perspective. The film, screened on Capitol Hill, sparked discussions among policymakers. Key organizations like NAEMT also financially supported the project to further its impact in advocating for better funding and recognition of EMS as an essential service.

Hello, Friends and Neighbors! We continue to receive insightful questions about the EMS levy, which will be on the ballot this November 5th. Our new FAQ section covers details like budget updates, funding sources, and the impact on our fire districts.

➡️ Currently, EMS relies on an underfunded ambulance levy, with fire districts shouldering the shortfall to maintain three ambulances across the county. This affects fire protection services. The proposed levy would fully fund three advanced life support ambulances, essential staffing, and equipment updates to meet our community’s growing needs.
