Looking for meaningful work experience while making a difference in the community?

The McCall Senior & Community Center is proud to serve as a host agency for the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP)!

SCSEP is a paid training program for eligible older adults who want to build skills, gain confidence, and re-enter the workforce while serving their community in a meaningful way. Participants work alongside our team helping support programs that fight hunger, isolation, and barriers to wellness right here in our community.

As part of the program, participants may assist with:
• Community meals and food support programs
• Reception and administrative tasks
• Events and fundraising activities
• Volunteer coordination
• Outreach and community engagement
• Day-to-day operations that help keep the Center running

Joining the program means becoming part of a mission-driven team that works every day to support neighbors of all ages.

If you or someone you know may be interested in SCSEP opportunities at the Center, we’d love to connect and share more information!
