🚒 Whether safeguarding the flightline with the 446 CES or tackling high-stress civilian emergencies with the South King County Fire Department, MSgt Kora Nan proves Reservists are an advantage. 💪

Nan brings the calm, adaptable mindset gained from civilian chaos to the wing, while South King Fire benefits from his advanced Air Force hazmat training and disciplined leadership.

Two worlds, one mission of readiness and resilience.

Nothing brings people together quite like America's favorite pastime! ⚾

A huge thank you to the Tacoma Rainiers for hosting the 446th Airlift Wing last week for an unforgettable evening at Cheney Stadium as the Rainiers took on the Sacramento River Cats. Events like these give our Citizen Airmen and their families the chance to connect outside the workplace, strengthen camaraderie, build unit cohesion, and reinforce the esprit de corps that makes our Wing stronger.

We're grateful for the opportunity to spend quality time together and appreciate the continued support from our local community. We look forward to the next pitch!

Our own Lt. Col. Weston "Seth" Kelsey is a former three-time Olympian and is now helping lead the Team USA's men's épée team on the road to the 2028 Olympic Games. Drawing on lessons learned from military service and elite competition, Kelsey emphasizes trust, preparation, and understanding the people he leads.

Whether mentoring Airmen or coaching world-class athletes, his leadership philosophy remains the same: prepare with purpose, lead with empathy, and perform with confidence when it matters most.
