The village pool is gauging interest in lifeguards and lifeguard training

Are you interested or know someone interested in becoming a lifeguard for the 2026 season?
If so, you will need to contact the local YMCA (Findlay, Fostoria, Ottawa) for certification.
The Findlay YMCA will be having certification classes in February, March and April. Along with recertification classes in March and April.
The Village will not be certifying lifeguards.
If you are hired as a lifeguard for the 2026 season, the Village will reimburse you for your certification class at the end of the season. So, keep your receipt.

That's a wrap on the pool season! We had an amazing summer filled with sunshine, laughter, and good times. A huge thank you to all our awesome patrons for making it so special! Your support means the world to us. ❤️
