Through the Library you have free access to Universal Class, an online learning platform offering over 500 self-paced courses. Whether you want to master basic knife skills, dive into pastry baking, or explore international cuisines, there is a class ready for you.

Here is how to get started:
• Log in through the McConnell AFB Library website.
• Search for "Cooking" or "Culinary Arts" on Universal Class.
• Learn at your own pace with real instructors and earn CEUs (Continuing Education Units).
