🚑 Could You Be the Difference When Someone Calls 911? ❤️

The City of Sutton is looking for community members who are interested in becoming Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs).

Like many rural communities, Sutton has faced challenges in maintaining enough EMTs to serve our residents. Because of this, we've often relied on neighboring communities to respond during medical emergencies. While we're incredibly grateful for their support, our goal is to build a stronger local rescue team that can be there for our friends, family, and neighbors when they need us most.

📅 Join us for an EMT Informational Meeting
📍 Sutton City Hall
🗓️ Thursday, July 30, 2026
🕡 6:30 PM

This meeting is for anyone interested in learning more about becoming an EMT. No medical experience is necessary just a willingness to serve your community.

As City Administrator Warren Myers shared:

"In the almost year that I've lived in Sutton, I've seen firsthand that this is a community that helps each other. Neighbors show up for neighbors. Becoming an EMT is another way to carry on that tradition of serving one another."

Recruiting and retaining EMTs is one of the City's top priorities and a shared goal of the Mayor, City Administrator, and City Council members.

When someone calls 911, they're experiencing one of the worst days of their life. You could be the person who makes a difference.

Please like, share, and help us spread the word. Your share could help us find Sutton's next EMT. 🚑❤️
