🚜 **Calling all tractor owners!** 🚜

We are excited to announce the First Annual McCool Tractor Pageant at the Yockanookany River Festival on Saturday, October 3rd in McCool, Mississippi!

And before you ask... no, your tractor doesn't have to be fit for the cover of "Farm Collector"! 😉 Whether it's shiny, showing a little rust, still putting in work, been passed down through generations, or just has a personality all its own—we want to see it!

This isn't about having the fanciest tractor. It's about celebrating our agricultural heritage, the tractors that helped build our community, and the stories behind them.

Stay tuned! More details on registration, categories, and prizes will be announced in the near future.

A little bit of community…Yes it was Ethel May Day…but I feel like McCool is well represented in this pic..

These auditorium chairs are in the McCool Agriculture building. They came from the old McCool School.
There are about 150 in all, in sections of various lengths. Some are in fairly good shape and others are not.
The chairs at the ends of each section have a cast iron side with an art deco looking design. They are heavy.
We need them gone so that we can continue with the restoration of the inside of the building.
