Finally, we believe that establishing performance objectives and providing high quality and meaningful professional development for our faculty and staff will allow us to ensure a high performing learning environment for all students.

Mrs. Whitsell’s Kindergartners at Timber Ridge Elementary used their imaginations to draw creatures from shapes. Then Ms. Funte’s theater tech students at Union Grove High School made stuffed animals from the Kindergartners’ designs. The young learners were thrilled to receive plush toys they’d dreamed up, while the “big kids” learned to hand sew and bring another designer’s creative vision to life. We’re of these students and teachers for inspiring each other and providing an exceptional example of district priorities in action, both in early learning and fine arts!
