Thank You to Everyone Who Attended Today’s Meeting

Thank you to everyone who attended today’s meeting. It was a great success and very informative.

Director Allen Evans opened the meeting by discussing plans for the next five years. These plans include installing new doors and windows for each unit, as well as improvements to the parking lot.

The floor was then opened for residents to share ideas and suggestions for improvements they would like to see in the community. Some of the ideas presented included:

* A laundromat
* A swimming pool
* A camera/security system
* Barbecue and picnic areas
* Additional parking spaces
* Monthly birthday recognitions
* Community game nights

We appreciate everyone who took the time to attend and share their thoughts. Your input is valuable as we continue working together to improve our community.

Grab and Go summer feeding:

Pick up days are Monday & Thursday only 10am-12:00pm. Monday pickup will cover Mon, Tuesday & Wednesday. Thursday pickup will cover Thursday, Friday & Saturday. Please come before 12:00!!!

I’m looking forward to a great summer with my kiddos!

If anyone would love to come out and lead a program this summer, please get in contact with me. We’re open to a variety of activities such as arts & crafts, math, reading, cooking, computer programming, and outdoor fun.

Please report the following changes:

Section 8 tenants You Must Fill Out A Income Verification Form!

Employment Changes:
If you lose your job, quit your job, get fired, or if your pay increases or decreases.

Moving Out:
If you plan to move, you must give your landlord a 30-day notice and notify the Housing Authority.

Household Changes:
If you are adding or removing someone from your household.

Income Changes:
If someone in your household starts working or begins receiving any type of income, it must be reported.
