McGill Cultural Center Harvest Festival at the library/ cultural center # 1 Ave K Founded to enhance the quality of life for the people of White Pine County.

The Cultural Center has a library that is open Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 1PM to 6PM. Tutoring is available Friday mornings at 10:00. Story Hour is Friday mornings from 11:00 till noon. Most Friday evenings we have activities such as Bingo, Family Game Night, Yatzee tournaments, and Cooking demonstrations. The second Saturday of each month at 10Am we host "Healthy Mind - Health Body" presentat

ions. Our planning meetings are the third Thursday of each month. Please join us for activities. We are here for the community so please come join us and share your ideas for activities you would enjoy.

Our Harvest Festival on Sept. 28th was a great success. Lots of fun, games, prizes and food. Just one problem . . we ran out of food for walking tacos.

Kinnear Library / Cultural Center is open Tues,Wed. and Fri. from 1 to 4 PM. Story hour Fri. 1 to 2:30. We would love to have more kids participate. We have books for sale or check-out and free Wi Fi. Come visit us and give us suggestions of how we can better serve the community.

Music night at the Cultural Center was a fun evening, with several people sharing their talents. Cookies with lemonade or hot chocolate were served after.
