🚔 CLICK IT OR TICKET 🚔

The simplest thing you can do to protect yourself and your passengers is buckle up. Seatbelts save lives, reduce serious injuries, and give you the best chance of surviving a crash.

The Corson County Sheriff’s Office is participating in the National “Click It or Ticket” campaign with increased traffic enforcement focused on seatbelt compliance. Day or night, front seat or back seat — every person in the vehicle should be properly restrained.

Too many lives are changed forever because someone chose not to wear a seatbelt. Don’t take the risk. Buckle up every trip, every time.

If you’re not wearing your seatbelt, expect a ticket. More importantly, protect yourself and your family.

Seatbelts save lives — it’s that simple.

Every day, law enforcement and first responders see crashes that could have ended much differently if everyone involved had been buckled up. Wearing your seatbelt is one of the easiest and most effective ways to protect yourself and your passengers on the road.

Whether you’re traveling across the county or just heading down the road, take the extra two seconds to buckle up. Make sure children are properly secured in approved car seats or booster seats as well.

Drive safe, stay alert, and always wear your seatbelt. We want everyone to make it home safely.

A seat belt ticket isn’t just a consequence. It’s a warning meantto save your life. Tickets may be inconvenient, but they’re a reminder thatbuckling up is on...

Seatbelts save lives—plain and simple.

Every day, first responders see crashes that could have had a very different outcome if everyone had just taken a second to buckle up.

It doesn’t matter if you’re traveling across the country or just going a mile down the highway—wearing your seatbelt dramatically increases your chances of walking away.

Make it a habit. Set the example for your family and hold your passengers accountable too.
