Wilkinson County Middle School is a part of the Wilkinson County School District in Irwinton, GA. WCMS offers students the opportunity to enjoy the challenge of a rigorous academic program, enhanced by technology instruction, that will prepare them for high school advanced studies and beyond. Today was a typical wonderful Wednesday, full of teaching and learning, just like any other day! 📝

Superintendent Dr. James stopped by for a quick conversation with Mrs. Qualls about one of their shared loves: books and reading!📖

7th-graders are learning to develop a cell structure model by using diagrams to correctly label each working part. 6th-grade students close their day by learning to collect, display, and interpret data using box plots, dot plots, and histograms.➗⚛

Just 2 more days in the week to go; we look forward to finishing strong!

We hope you will join us, parents and families! 📅

It's time for our Annual Title I Parent Meeting for the 2026-2027 school year!
This meeting will inform parents and stakeholders about the functions of Title I and its programs and services at our school. This year, our theme, "End of Summer Splash Bash", will feature fun, interactive STEM activities for the whole family, led by Mercer University! Parents' and students' names will be entered in a drawing for prizes throughout the evening; refreshments will be served upon entering, AND Kona Ice will be on campus for purchase! 🌟🎉

Still need help with your beginning-of-the-year electronic forms? We'll be happy to help with that, too!💻

Additionally, representatives from Communities in Schools, the Warrior Wellness Center, and the 21st Century Afterschool Program will be on-site with vital information for all of our families!
