District 2025 continues…

District 2025 is now completed! Started my day at 4:30 and ended it with Y.A.G. back at the YMCA about 8pm. Students lea...

District 2025 is now completed! Started my day at 4:30 and ended it with Y.A.G. back at the YMCA about 8pm. Students learned a lot & had some fun in the process. I had 14 kids & 13 rooms I ran around to get pictures of them and watch them compete with delegates from all over District 5. Had one Distinguished Delegate and Committee Rooms were mixed this year with 6th, 7th, & 8th so it was an eye opening experience for my 6th graders. I hope State keeps 6th grade together because the level of questions and understanding of questions are at such different levels. So proud of all their behavior & learning about Civil Discourse. Now to take that lesson and prepare for State in Austin in January. Might be numerous posts…
