VanTrust Real Estate has broken ground on 121 Commerce Park, bringing 512,000+ square feet of Class A industrial space to McKinney, with an additional 250,000 square feet planned for Phase II.

From new business opportunities to improved connectivity, this project is another exciting step forward for McKinney’s continued growth.

We're proud to welcome Body Spring to the McKinney Innovation Fund.

Founded by Dr. Meena McCullough, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and two-time patented inventor, Body Spring is building movement tools for active adults who aren't ready to slow down.

Most recovery programs are designed around younger bodies and stop short of full recovery. That leaves millions of people in their 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond without a path to the last stretch of their mobility. Body Spring closes that gap by focusing on fascia, the connective tissue that shapes how we move and where we hold pain.

At the center is the patented PressEX Method, paired with smart devices that give real-time feedback as you train. In a 2024 pilot study with UNT Health Science Center, the approach produced five times greater glute activation than movement alone.

Dr. McCullough turned her own health crisis into a science-backed company, and she's building it right here in McKinney.

This is exactly the kind of founder-led innovation the McKinney Innovation Fund exists to support. And it lands at the right moment, with the McKinney Innovation Exchange opening in District 121 later this year.
