MTC Student in the house! Today JC came home with his completed speaker project. He designed the look and it actually works! 😆🤣 I love this program for him because it allows his creative side to shine with no limits! I love his instructor, Mr B and the his staff, because they are so supportive and teach in such a way students just get it…and have to teach each other how to make things after they learn how to do it. It’s such a collaborative classroom setting and JC comes home with new projects almost everyday! 🙌🏼🙏🏼 ❤️

Ashley was planning on moving out of state for her new job in California and wanted to sell her rental property sooner rather than later. Her dilemma was she had a tenant and his lease was not up for another 3-4 months. If Ashley had not called me, she would have waited until the lease expired to put the home on the market and lost monthly rental income until it sold.
