What is the Global Women Entrepreneur Leaders Scorecard and Why Should You Pay Attention To It?

"The Scorecard is a data-driven diagnostic tool that identifies the impediments to high-impact female entrepreneurship and introduces actionable steps that can be taken to improve the conditions for high-impact female entrepreneurship development at the country level. The Scorecard incorporates both a ranking with a rating system and provides actionable steps for governments, corporations, the media, entrepreneur leaders and individuals to help expand the pool of high-impact female entrepreneurs. In addition, it highlights global best practices such as policies, programs and breakthrough initiatives that jumpstart the growth of high-impact female entrepreneurs. The scorecard research is conducted under the direction and leadership of Dr. Ruta Aidis, a fellow of George Mason University in Washington, DC. The 2015 study was audited by the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre (JRC)."
