🎤 Hello, Gavin Gray here, and I couldn’t be more excited to have the Artis Mic passed to me. As Director of Health and Wellness at Artis of Boca Raton in Florida, I support our care team in delivering the Artis standard of compassionate care to our residents.

Beyond the clinical aspect of my job, I believe the most important part of my role is bringing joy to residents each day. They call me “Medicine Man” because I truly believe laughter is the best medicine 🤣 and I’m proud of the way Artis prioritizes joy in our communities.

Memorial Day gives us a moment to pause and reflect.

Many Artis residents lived through moments that shaped our country. Some served in the military. Others supported loved ones who did. Their experiences and perspectives bring history closer for all of us.

Today we honor those who gave their lives in service, and we’re grateful for the courage and sacrifice that helped protect the freedoms we share. 🇺🇸

At Artis, our residents come from rich and varied experiences, cultures, and backgrounds. So does our team. We celebrated World Day for Cultural Diversity with The Artis Table, company-wide potluck as a way to meaningfully honor our diversity and bring people All Together. 
 
When we share dishes that carry personal and cultural significance, it deepens our human connection.

A community that embraces diversity is a better workplace and a better place for our residents to call home.
