Carry on.

This week was hard. Many of us poured our hearts into a commissioner race because we believe Yamhill County deserves leaders who value public land, public access, and the future of the Yamhelas-Westsider Corridor.

The results were not what we hoped for.

But this work was never about one election. It has always been about something bigger: protecting what connects us, standing up for public land, and making sure the people of Yamhill County have a voice in what happens next.

So we carry on.

TRAILS PAC is still moving forward with the referendum and our countywide initiatives. We still believe the public should have the final say. We still believe this trail is worth fighting for. And we still believe that the future is watching.

Thank you to everyone who knocked doors, made calls, donated, hosted signs, collected signatures, talked to neighbors, and refused to give up.

Take a breath. Hold your head high. Then keep walking with us.

The trail ahead is still ours to protect.

This election is about more than politics.

It’s about the kind of county we leave to the next generation.

Our public lands connect our communities, support local economies, and create places where families can spend time together for years to come.

The Yamhelas-Westsider corridor connects us to our history, to each other, and to future generations. It creates opportunities for families to walk, ride, explore, and experience Yamhill County together.

On May 19, voters will help decide what kind of leadership guides the future of public land and community voice in Yamhill County.

TRAILS PAC is proud to support Neyssa Hays and John Linder for Yamhill County Commissioner.

🌲 Public lands are more than lines on a map.

They are places where families gather, communities connect, and local economies grow.

That’s why TRAILS PAC is proud to support John Linder for Yamhill County Commissioner.

John understands that public lands are both a public trust and an important long-term asset for our communities.

With just a few days until the election, now is the time to support leaders who recognize the value of protecting public land and preserving community voice.

Public land. Public access. Public vote.

🌲The future of public land matters.

That’s why TRAILS PAC is proud to support Neyssa Hays for Yamhill County Commissioner.

Neyssa understands that decisions about public land should be made thoughtfully, transparently, and with future generations in mind—not driven by short-term politics.

With just a few days until the election, now is the time to support leaders who will protect community assets and respect the voices of Yamhill County voters. Vote by May 19.

In less than one week, voters will help decide what kind of leadership guides the future of public land and local decision-making in Yamhill County. That’s why TRAILS PAC is proud to support Neyssa Hays and John Linder for County Commissioner.

📣 Our community effort is making headlines.

What started as conversations between neighbors is now front-page news across Yamhill County.

Thanks to more than 150 volunteers, the referendum on Ordinance 948 is now moving through the verification process for the November ballot.

We appreciate the local coverage and everyone who has helped bring attention to this issue.
