Make sure to take frequent breaks through out this weekend and stay hydrated

We've just been upgraded to Extreme Heat Warnings for everyone in pink.

The last time we had pink on the map was during the ice storm- this color is essentially the worst of the worst when it comes to extreme summer... or extreme winter.
