Scout had a tough one today….The hunter shot this great buck with a muzzleloader and was a little further back than he liked last night. Scout showed up late this morning to do what she does. The buck backtracked on its trail, scout figured it out after the handler made her restart ( should have believed her ) multiple times🤷🏼. She took it on no blood or sign several hundred yards. She missed a turn at the end, but luckily the hunter was following and spotted the dead deer. Congrats to Keith Housworth on a great Kansas buck!!

Another happy hunter!

Hunter made a exceptionally long shot quartering hard away, as the deer was only giving him that opportunity. None to less he buried his entire arrow in the deer. Then he backed out as he was worried not seeing too much initial blood! We had to fight with timing and decide with the incoming weather to go after it earlier than we liked but… Looks like we made the right call. As the dog made quick work and found this kansas brute piled up!

Snoop the rookie came out for this hunter 8hrs after shot and was successful in the end.

The Pup did well on this track but as a rookie sometimes does… she missed a hard turn where the deer was bumped earlier in the day. She did want to go the direction where we ended up finding him but sadly as a handler mistake I restarted her not seeing anymore blood. After restarting her several times and gaining trust… We found him! Congrats to the hunter. Good learning curve for the rookie and handler! More training to come! 🦌🐾

Another happy hunter. Scout took this one at about the 14hr mark. The hunter bumped the deer one time about a half mile in the night before on the track. Deer only made it a few hundred more with not much blood. Congrats to the hunter! 🐾🦌

Congrats to another hunter on this awesome buck! Thanks to the hunter and King Whitetails, they were confident the shot was a little back so they got out and gave the deer ample time to expire, then called in Scout, she was able to take the track with zero blood about 350 yards right to this amazing creature!!
