DID YOU KNOW?: Alpacas use communal dung piles which helps keep their pastures clean! These piles are easy to manage and commonly referred to as “black gold". The “beans” are considered a nutrient-rich, low-odor, cold fertilizer that does not require composting before being added to gardens!

Starting TODAY you may purchase our alpaca beans! You may contact us directly or purchase them at Glass House Greenery . 🌱They are available in 2 introductory sizes, holding 1 or 2 US customary measuring cups.

Here’s a little information for you all but please feel free to reach out to us with any questions you may have!

Alpaca “ beans”, or manure, are premium fertilizer that can be applied directly to plants without composting, as they won't burn plants. Rich in nitrogen and potassium, these nutrient-rich, nearly odorless beans enhance soil structure and water retention. They may be used as top dressing, soil amendment, in "tea" for plants, or an addition to your compost pile.
