💜 Kindness Matters… for your health!💜

Did you know that being kind isn’t just good manners? It’s actually good for your body and mind too?

Research highlighted by K-State Extension shows that intentional acts of kindness:
✅ Reduce stress
✅ Improve heart health
✅ Boost mood and overall well-being
✅ Strengthen connections with others

K-State community health expert Elaine Johannes reminds us that kindness goes beyond simply being “nice.” It’s about intentionally building positive relationships with those around us—and the benefits ripple out to both the giver and receiver.

Even small actions like checking in on a neighbor, offering a compliment, or lending a helping hand can make a big difference. You can even plan acts of kindness into your day!

✨ What’s one act of kindness you can do today?
