Dear PTO Members,

Thank you so much for all of your hard work and dedication in putting together our Track and Field Day! The amount of planning, organizing, coordinating, and setting up that went into the event did not go unnoticed.

We truly appreciate your willingness to try something new and your commitment to making the day such a big success for our students, staff, and families. Because of your time, effort, and teamwork, our students were able to create wonderful memories and enjoy a fun-filled day together.

1st and 2nd grade students learned about the artist, Claude Monet. They saw many pictures of his giant paintings involving nature. After, they were given yellow, green, and blue paint and told to use big brushes to cover a piece of paper any way they wished. Monet would be so proud of their bold brush strokes and swirls of color 🎨. Students used pieces of paper to accessorize their lily ponds with lily pads and flowers. Some even went above and beyond creating bridges!
