We are excited to begin our 5th year in the Guiding Ohio Online program with Champaign County Library and St. Paris Public Library 💻📱 Don’t forget - you can visit any of the libraries in Champaign County to get help with technology, and this is funded 75% from a federal grant.

The State Library Board has awarded more than $2.1 million in federal Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) grants. These funds will support libraries across Ohio in providing essential statewide services and resources for all residents, while also affording tailored services to meet the needs of local communities.

The approved grants include:
$234,000 to support the operation of Ohio Library for the Blind and Print Disabled

Over $368,000 for eighteen public libraries in Ohio that serve rural communities to employ a dedicated technology trainer through the Guiding Ohio Online grant program

$1,534,922 for the Ohio Web Library core set of library databases available to all Ohioans through their public, school, and academic libraries. Additional funding and in-kind support for the Ohio Web Library is provided by Libraries Connect Ohio partners OhioLINK, OPLIN, and INFOhio.

The Adult Summer Reading Program starts TODAY! It is so easy to enter! All you have to do is put the title of a book, magazine, DVD, etc. and put your name and number or email on an entry slip and put it in the box! For each visit you get one entry. For every program you come to you get two entries!
We will have weekly drawings and a grand prize drawing! We have some cool prizes this year!
