Lisburn Community Fire Company was founded in 1954 to protect and serve the residents of the Village of Lisburn.

ATTENTION!!
While we are still collecting books, we no longer will be accepting VHS tapes. I really never dreamed that you folks would have that many VHS tapes and a lot never opened!! Thanks for all we received!!

Remember, we are still collecting books, games and puzzles!

If anyone is looking to get rid of those boxes of books in your spare room, Lisburn Community Fire Company would appreciate if you donate them for our book sale during Festival, August 5-8, 2026.

We especially are looking for Best Sellers, Children's books, and even puzzles and games. Coffee table books are awesome, too. We take hardback, paperback, mystery, autobiographies, whatever you can find.

The nicest thing about our book sale is they are just a donation to our visitors during Festival and only if they can. There are no price tags on our books. But, remember, we are a non-profit Fire Company so whatever you can donate, goes straight into our checking account so we can keep doing what we can for our Community.

Drop off at our Social Hall under the overhang at 1800 Main Street, Mechanicsburg. Then message me here that you did so. If that is not possible, please PM me.

EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT!!

We always have so many questions around FESTIVAL time that we decided to see how it would look if we put ALL the INFO (or as much as we can!) on our website. So, we did!

It will tell you opening times by day, entertainment times, where you can get what food and when, and the closing times.

By the way, the Hayride beginning time is not a typo, it truly is “when the farmer arrives”.
