Our 5th Grade Student Leaders from the RPES Counseling Department got creative and decorated Fall pumpkins with powerful messages like “Be Kind,” “You Matter,” and “Never Give Up.” They were delivered to our amazing Office Staff and Resource Teachers to warm up their rooms/offices for autumn. Thank you, 5th graders, for leading with heart and spreading joy! 🍂❤️

🎃👻 Ms. Mann’s class kicked off the spooky month of October with the story Spookley the Square Pumpkin! After reading the story, the students made their very own pumpkin playdough and created some amazing masterpieces while using all of their senses. They could smell, feel, see, and even taste their playdough because it was completely edible! 🎨👃👋👀😋
To finish off the fun, the class made their very own square pumpkin snacks! 🎃🍴
It was the perfect Fall Friday filled with creativity, sensory fun, and lots of smiles to kick off a brand-new month and season! 🍂🧡
