NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Morton Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Morton Township Hall, 290 W. Main Street, Mecosta, Michigan.

Nature of Request: Bernie and Sue Guggemos are requesting a side setback variance to allow the construction of a two-car garage. The requested variance would reduce the required side setback from 6 feet to 0 feet on the northwest side of the property.

The Zoning Board of Appeals will hear comments from the applicant and the public and will consider the variance request at the hearing.
