🚔🚒 Rocky Woods Rescue

Earlier today, the Medfield Police and Fire Departments responded to Rocky Woods for an injured hiker.

Officers deployed the department’s drone, which helped quickly locate the individual. Responders were then able to provide medical aid and safely extricate the hiker from the wooded area.

Great teamwork by all involved and a reminder of the value that drone technology brings to public safety operations.

Our commitment to community outreach does not stop at under-the-sea themed dance parties!

🚴‍♂️🚔 Community Engagement Spotlight 🚔🚶‍♀️

This morning, officers from the Medfield Police Department were proud to assist with the Annual Dale Street School Bike & Walk to School event.

Approximately 100 students participated by either walking or riding from Hinkley Pond to school, promoting healthy habits, bicycle safety, and community involvement.

We would like to thank all participating students, families, school staff, and volunteers who helped make the event a success. It was great to see so many students enjoying a safe and active start to their day!
