🏫✨ What a wonderful Open House! ✨🏫

Last night was such a fun, BUSY, and exciting evening at Howard Elementary! 🐴 It was so special to see our school filled with smiling faces, excited students, and families getting ready for a brand-new school year. 📚✏️

We are so grateful for everyone who came out to meet our staff, visit classrooms, and kick off the year with us! 🌟

A very special THANK YOU to our amazing interpreters for being there and helping support our families throughout the evening. Your time, and dedication help make sure every family feels welcomed, informed, and included. ❤️

🌟 What a fun two weeks of Jumpstart! 🌟

Our incoming kindergarteners had an amazing time during our 2-week Jumpstart program! 💛 They got a little taste of what kindergarten is all about while making new friends, learning new routines, and having LOTS of fun!

Our students got to make Play-Doh from scratch, enjoy yummy snacks, learn how to safely load a school bus 🚌, participate in P.E., STEAM, music, and recess, and so much more! 🎨🎶🔬

We are so proud of all the learning, growing, and confidence we saw from our little learners over these past two weeks. We can’t wait to welcome them back for their first official day of kindergarten! 📚✏️❤️

These Mustangs were chosen by their teachers as exemplary examples of the character trait “Creativity”. They are inspirations who use their imaginations to create their own unique ideas, objects and solutions.

🏃‍♂️ 👟 Superstar Shoutout! 👟 🏃‍♂️
Coach P challenged the Mustangs this past school year by creating the Run Club. A special club that happened before school where students were challenged to push themselves, get moving, use our amazing new track, and run as far as they could.

🏅 This guy right here ran over 6 miles in Run Club, all while wearing bowling shoes! Daven’s commitment and dedication inspired Coach P to upgrade his kicks 👟 so he can keep running and be the amazing superstar we know he is.

👏 Congratulations on the huge accomplishment! We can’t wait to see how far he goes during next year’s Run Club!
