All of Mercy Flights' ground and air ambulances carry the latest in life-saving technology, with skilled EMTs, paramedics, and registered nurses who are rigorously trained in the latest procedures. As we wrap up , there is so much to be thankful for! 💥

One of Mercy Flights’ long-standing traditions is recognizing team members who have made significant saves in the field. Pictured below are a few of the individuals honored with awards and the small heart pin 💙—a simple but meaningful token of our appreciation for the exceptional care they provide our neighbors in need.

This week, we also celebrated Kate, a critical care flight RN who officially earned her wings after six months of intensive education, training, and dedication. Receiving her wings marks an incredible milestone and symbolizes her readiness to deliver the highest level of care from the air—congratulations, Kate! 🎊

We are also proud to invest in our team through an internal leadership development program that provides education, mentorship, and hands-on learning opportunities. This quarter, we celebrated four graduates—continuing our commitment to building strong, compassionate leaders across every department.

Mercy Flights Inc. had a great time celebrating EMS Week by bringing our team together for a shared meal and welcoming our local EMS partners to join us. It was a meaningful opportunity to catch up, connect, and enjoy some great food together.

A big thank you to Boujee Pix Photo Booth by Southern Oregon Lit Events for hosting the selfie station, 📸 it added so much fun to the day and gave everyone some great memories to take with them!

Moments like this are a great reminder that what we have is more than just a job, it truly feels like a family. We are honored to serve such an incredible community and our neighbors every day.

Yesterday, at the Oregon Fire Chiefs Association Meritorious Awards Ceremony in Sunriver, Oregon, Mercy Flights team members, alongside our regional EMS partners, were honored with a recognizing exceptional service, professionalism, and teamwork during a complex rescue in the Forest Park area in November 2025. The skill, coordination, and commitment demonstrated by those involved exemplify the very best of mobile integrated emergency care.
