Sorry I have not been very active I have been dealing with some strange health issue. My doctors have not been able to discover what it is but I have somehow been able to get it under more control.
It turned out my Potassium was very low and I started taking it and these I call them Episodes got less frequent.
I am also starting to get some help with "Sharing It Forward"
Up until now it has been all me.

Exciting News I am going to be doing my first interview on a Radio Show tomorrow on KCMX AM 880 Southern Oregon Live with Russ Batzer and Shannon Young www.kcmxam.com

Wow I am really making a lot of Progress since talking to Blair Singer. He also just sent me a awesome Goal Setting Program which after I go through it we will be talking about adding it to the program to help Homeless Veterans & Homeless Families at "Sharing It Forward" you might want to check it out!
